We have an online ticketing system to support technical queries and problems. If you have an issue that you are unable to resolve yourself, please log a Support Ticket by completing the form below and providing an overview of the issue and what resolutions have been attempted. This information will assist us in providing you with a thorough and efficient resolution.
In the event product issues cannot be resolved by remote support, you may be asked to return the product to Madison Technologies for evaluation and/or repair. A Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) and return address details will be provided in this instance. Please note that goods will not be accepted for return or repair without a valid RMA number.
