PTL Warranty

The PTSS has different warranty periods covering each major component.

These warranties are limited to manufacturing defects and fair wear and tear. In cases where equipment has been excessively mistreated warranty cover will be at the discretion of the manufacturer.

PTL Repairs

Madison Technologies provides a support service to any operational or technical queries on the PTSS.  Before you contact Madison Technologies, you can check out our troubleshooting guide or check the user manual for further information.

We have an online ticketing system to support technical queries and problems.  If you have an issue that you are unable to resolve yourself, please log a Support Ticket by completing the form below and providing an overview of the issue and what resolutions have been attempted.  This information will assist us in providing you with a thorough and efficient resolution.

In the event product issues cannot be resolved by remote support, you may be asked to return the product to Madison Technologies for evaluation and/or repair. A Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) and return address details will be provided in this instance.  Please note that goods will not be accepted for return or repair without a valid RMA number.
